While our support team will look into the problem, they do not have access to your medical history and you should not share it with them in your email. We will be introducing a way to flag data right in our platform in the coming months which will help streamline this process.
You may also have to reach out to your provider to regenerate the CCDs in a compliant format with compliant codes and entries.
