A: There are several possible reasons:
Have you entered the correct transaction amount? Please enter the exact amount and try again. If you overpaid or underpaid, the transaction will be void - you will be refunded your amount.
Your balance in your ERC-20 Wallet could be low -- please check and ensure that you have sufficient balance to cover the amount of your EBL transaction and try again.
If your Wallet balance is sufficient to cover the transaction, please ensure that you have entered the correct receipt address for the EBL transaction (you can copy this from the subscription pop-up for instance as shown below:)
Please re-enter the correct Embleema recipient address and try again.
If you have verified that the recipient address for the transaction is properly entered, and the transaction is still failing, there could be a synchronization error with the Ethereum network (though rare, this occasionally happens with the blockchain network). Has the app shown you an error message and have you received an email from us? If the connection was broken before your payment was initiated, please wait a few moments and try again - no amount has been deducted from your account and nothing has reached Embleema either.
If the app has not displayed any of error messages, it is possible that the synchronization has broken after your transaction has been initiated. We will check our trace the transaction on the backend and update you accordingly. We will update your balances if the transaction has been received at Embleema but not reflected on you individual account.
